By downloading, installing, or using our “TaskCore” mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, adapt, sublicense, or distribute the app without our written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the app, including its design, features, functionalities, content, trademarks, logos, domain names, software code, data, and databases, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Avenir IT (Pvt) Ltd. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
You may NOT:
Any unauthorized use of intellectual property will result in the termination of your rights to use the app and may result in legal action.
Avenir IT (Pvt) Ltd reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
The app may include integrations with third-party services s (e.g., Google Maps - Google Places API, Keycloak - Auth system & user management, Stripe - payment platform) to enhance functionality. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or performance of these third-party services. By using the app, you agree to comply with their terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avenir IT (Pvt) Ltd from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the app, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may collect and use your data to monitor and improve the app's performance and user experience. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
Users agree to indemnify and hold TaskCore harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from unauthorized use, access, or security breaches of the app. This includes any modifications, alterations, or unauthorized integrations that lead to system failures or third-party claims, including intellectual property violations. Additionally, both TaskCore and the user agree to indemnify each other for any losses arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
TaskCore shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, wars, governmental regulations, or significant system failures.
TaskCore will not be responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from service downtime, system failures, or third-party service disruptions, including payment processing failures. TaskCore is also not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to errors caused by external integrations or unforeseen technical issues.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through discussions before pursuing legal action.
While TaskCore strives to provide uninterrupted service, it does not guarantee that the app will always be free from errors, delays, or disruptions. TaskCore is not responsible for any business or operational losses resulting from system issues, cyber incidents, or failures caused by third-party services. Regardless of prior awareness of potential risks, TaskCore shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise.
The app offers subscription plans for continued access to certain premium features. The available subscription plans include monthly and annual options. (this release includes only monthly plans). Basically, managing three plans as Basic, Pro, Ultra and Basic plan is the default plan with limited features. Details of these plans and their respective pricing are available within the app.
New users may receive a 30-day free trial period for the selected subscription plan (all plans allow first month as free trail period). Once the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.
All payments for subscriptions are securely processed through Stripe (a third-party payment provider). By using our subscription service, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of payment information with Stripe for payment processing.
Also, you authorize TaskCore to charge the payment method you provided on a recurring basic at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), based on the plan you selected.
Subscriptions are auto renewed at the end of each billing period unless canceled by you. You can cancel the subscription at any time via your account settings in the app. If you cancel, you will be restricted access to the premium features and auto changed to the basic (default) plan in the next billing cycle.
Due to the nature of the subscription service, all payments are non-refundable. However, if there is an error in processing the payment, please contact customer support contact@taskcore.app for assistance.
TaskCore reserve the right to change the pricing and features of our subscription plans. Users will be notified of any pricing/ feature changes before the next billing cycle.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time
If TaskCore is unable to process your payment for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, expired credit card) we will be given grace period of 3 days to update your subscription or else will be blocked and given the option to make the payment or change the plan. Also, you will be notified via email or within the app.
If you have any concerns regarding your privacy rights, data security, services, subscriptions, terms of use, or legal compliance, please contact us at contact@taskcore.app. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting, and we will notify you of any material changes via the app or by other means. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
